Electrician License Renewal

Salt Lake Community College offers training designed for journeyman electricians who need to earn their Continuing Education credits to maintain their Utah State Electrician's License and meet the Division of Occupational & Professional Licensing (DOPL) requirements. “Partial funding of these training programs has been provided by the Division of Occupational & Professional Licensing from the 1% Surcharge funds on all building permits.”

Utah electricians must complete 16 hours of Continuing Education – 12 Core hours & 4 Professional hours. We offer courses in NEC Code, Motor Control, Photovoltaic Systems & NABCEB PV Certification Exam Prep. Check course listings for availability.
