What style of yoga will be taught?

This course will focus on Hatha yoga and cover other styles for a deeper understanding of yoga.

How much does the program cost?

Credit Tuition and Fees: $1890.25.

Non-credit Tuition: $1659.50

Credit and non-credit students may apply for a Student Tuition Installment Loan (STIL) plan. Credit students must apply online through MyPage. Non-credit students must meet with the program coordinator to apply.

This class is not eligible for Federal Financial Aid.

What are the prerequisites for the program?

Students must be finishing (and in good standing) or graduated from a Yoga Alliance approved 200 hour program.

HLTH 1385 Yoga for the Life Cycle 3 credits

HLTH 1240 Theory/Practice of Meditation (LW) 2 credits
HLTH 1242 Laughter Yoga (LW) 2 credits
